Tom Young leads the firm's municipal government practice, co-leads the nonprofit practice and serves as the firm's Sustainability Manager. He was previously District Director and Counsel for a Member of Congress, where he was the policy lead for business, energy, environment and transportation, and served as the veteran and military liaison.
He was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40, and holds a JD and a Master of Public Policy from Regent University and a BA in History from the University of Washington.
