Bill Reffett has identified and placed key executive leaders for major companies across the United States. Before founding Reffett Associates, he was a Vice President and Partner with Korn/Ferry International, where he started the firm's national supermarket practice and was a member of its national specialty retail practice.
Earlier, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Cavenham (USA), the U.S. investment arm of Sir James Goldsmith, and a Board Member and Senior Vice President of its operating company, Grand Union. He has 27 years of combined active and reserve military service, retiring as a Colonel.
Bill earned his BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a JD from Capital University, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College. He serves on the boards of several Seattle nonprofit organizations.
