On every search, Reffett Associates makes a deliberate effort to contact, develop and present a slate of candidates from every background and walk of life.
We do not ask for or record personal information about a candidate's race, color, religion, sex or national origin. If that information is volunteered, it has no bearing on a candidate's progress through the search.
We keep complete records of research, interview notes, background checks and reference checks for every search, so the information is available whenever it is needed.
