Marshall Reffett directs the firm's federal government search practice, including proposal writing and capture management, and conducts senior assignments across the firm's other practices. His clients have included public sector organizations, defense contractors, retail, manufacturing, private equity and technology companies.
Marshall previously worked on Capitol Hill for a Member of the House Ways and Means Committee, working closely with senior government leaders on legislative, appropriations and authorization matters.
He holds a Master of Arts with distinction in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, completed coursework at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and earned his BA from Wake Forest University.
