Dr. Eric Reffett leads the firm's Washington, DC office and focuses on the Public Sector, Government Contracting and Professional Services, and Associations and Nonprofits practices. He spent 19 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, most recently as a Principal leading much of the firm's work in the chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear arena.
His relationships across the research and development community, academia and industry make him especially effective at finding one-of-a-kind candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Eric is a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He holds a doctorate from the University of Alabama, is a graduate of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and the Air Force Academy, and serves on the George Mason University Honors College Advisory Board.
