Kern Gillette has served as President and CEO of Cinnabon, Molbak's and Grace's Kitchen, and as CFO of several companies. His work spans food processing, multi-unit retail and restaurants, manufacturing, franchising, distribution, financial services, aerospace, real estate and alternative energy.
He has worked across family-owned, private equity, ESOP, public and cooperative ownership structures. Kern earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Washington and an MBA from Eastern Washington University.
