Nancy Hoffmann joined Reffett Associates in 1998 after a 22-year corporate career in textiles, apparel, home furnishings and financial services, holding P&L responsibility for sales, marketing, merchandising and operations.
In executive search she focuses on supermarkets, wholesale food, specialty retail and consumer products, recruiting senior executives in every discipline from marketing and merchandising to supply chain, finance and human resources.
She holds a master's degree from the University of South Carolina and an undergraduate degree from Winthrop College, and served multiple terms on the Greensboro City Council.
