Negotiating compensation and onboarding

We help you make a competitive offer, support negotiations through acceptance, and stay engaged through the new leader's transition.

Typical timing: Final stage and beyond

We help you understand the current market for the position, structure a competitive offer and negotiate the final compensation package. Because we have built a relationship with the candidate throughout the search, we can surface concerns early and keep the process moving toward a signed offer.

Our involvement does not end at acceptance. We remain engaged through the new leader's transition into the role, typically checking in quarterly, or as needed, to help surface and resolve any early friction points.

We stand behind every placement. If a candidate we place leaves the position, whether by resignation or termination for performance-related reasons, within twelve months of their start date, we will conduct a full replacement search at cost (out-of-pocket expenses only). We reinforce that commitment by not invoicing our final fee installment until the candidate has successfully started in the role, and we will not recruit a placed candidate away to another client for two years.
