Reffett Associates Assists Metropolitan Market in Placing Director, Hospitality and Guest Experience

Reffett Associates has assisted Metropolitan Market in placing Patrick Supplee as Director of Hospitality and Guest Experience, an innovative new position. Patrick will be responsible for expanding Metropolitan Market's role as the preeminent destination for guests seeking an unparalleled food experience. His focus will be on sharing the company's commitment and passion for customer excellence through shared food experiences, creating a sense of “family” for guests and embedding those values throughout the organization and the community.

As a leading specialty food retailer, Metropolitan Market was founded on the pursuit of excellence in food, celebrating “hunting” for incredible food and “gathering” with family and friends. It has been the source of many firsts, including introducing Copper River salmon to Seattle more than 30 years ago. Operating eight stores across the Seattle and Tacoma metro area, Metropolitan Market has been a food innovator in the region for five decades.

The search was conducted by Sam Mayberry, who leads the firm's Supply Chain practice, with assistance from Bill Reffett, Managing Partner, and Marshall Reffett, Managing Director.

Before joining Metropolitan Market, Patrick was with the Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Kihei, Hawaii, where his responsibilities included the Napua Club, a 100-room luxury guest experience within the resort, and VIP Guest Services.
